About Multimovin Fitness
Multimovin Fitness was established in spring 2012 with the goals of putting personal back in personal training, and providing the guidance needed to help individuals meet their fitness goals without breaking their pocket books. As a new company we realize our clients are our number 1 priority. We however don’t see our clients just as clients, but rather friends on the same journey to our fitness goals. It’s with this belief that we feel personal training should not be reserved to the privilege few but available to all. Our trainers all hold nationally accredited coaching certifications from some of the biggest names in fitness industry and have worked under their tutelage of top coaches and elite athletes to developed their training methods.

Jeff Carstensen is the Owner of Multimovin Fitness. Jeff is a avid triathlete and was a age group swimmer growing up. Jeff is a military veteran having served five years in the United States Air Force, and served around the world including a deployment to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. It is during this time with his demanding schedule of military life he began to research ways to help better program his workouts giving his limited free timed.
After leaving the military. He began to decide what the next chapter of his life would be. It was during this time that Multimovin Fitness was born with the goal of putting the personal back into personal fitness training.
He received his certified personal trainer from the National Exercise and Sports Trainers Association (NESTA), along with becoming a level 1 USA Triathlon coach. He also received his TRX Suspension Trainer instructor certification.
As a certified personal trainer Jeff has tremendous amount of knowledge in the subjects of health and wellness, and has reach out to connect with some of the best fitness professional in topics such as program design, sports physiology, injury prevention, and functional movement training. It is with this knowledge that Jeff will develop custom tailor workout program design with your goals in mind.
